About Us
The Chetna Foundation (Registered under Indian Trust Act), established seven years ago and as a self-funded organization, is dedicated to raising awareness and offering support around Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Children with other developmental disorder and Neurorehabilitation. Driven by a passion for service, our core mission is to educate the public and enhance understanding of ASD, while providing essential services to those affected. As an organization, we host national-level events aimed at promoting awareness, where participants are encouraged and recognized for their involvement through tokens of appreciation. These events serve as valuable learning experiences, particularly for the emerging generation of occupational therapists who benefit greatly from the expertise of seasoned professionals.
In addition to raising awareness, the Chetna Foundation offers consultations focused on various aspects of ASD, including speech therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, and specialized education programs. Our team has diligently worked to provide holistic support to individuals on the spectrum, ensuring that they receive the care and resources they need to thrive. Over the past few years, we have honed our focus on the neurological underpinnings of ASD, advancing our knowledge and approach to better serve the community.
Our upcoming event, the 2nd Indian Neurorehabilitation Conference of Occupational Therapy (INCOT 2024), is designed with this focus in mind. Themed around the integral role of Occupational therapy in Neurorehabilitation, the conference aims to bring together leading experts and professionals to share insights, foster collaboration, and drive innovation in the field. At the Chetna Foundation, we believe that through continued education, collaboration, and awareness, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by ASD and contribute to a more inclusive and informed society.
